March 31st fished just out of the mouth for the first three hours in the morning. Marked fish, but couldn't get any to bit. Used medium size cranks and trolled at 1.3 to 1.7 mph. Surface temp was around 37.5.
April 16, fished from 6:30 to 10:00 from the cement plant to blair st, 10 to 15 feet of water. 11 boats were out didnt see anyone catch fish including us. Water temp was from 45 to 41 degrees.
